Candidates never pay anything.
Upfront payment for training, papers or a «spot» is a reason to report.
Thalamus does not publish its own position without a pay figure. Ads are not pulled in from outside channels automatically.
Wording that filters by age, gender or origin is fixed before publishing.
Thalamus publishes positions and passes on requests. We're not an employment agency and don't promise placement.

You choose who sees your "looking for work" card: only you, employers in the catalog, or everyone signed in. Until you choose, it's employers in the catalog.
Your CV file stays in your browser. The server holds a short card; Thalamus keeps no CV database.
An employer sees a recommendation once you confirm you know each other. It comes from someone who worked with you or uses your service, and they answer for the truth of that bond: false information costs the author the right to recommend and takes your card down.
