How this works

A «looking for work» card has three visibility settings: hidden, visible to verified employers, visible to the community. The default is verified employers.
Your CV file stays in your browser. The server holds a short card; Thalamus keeps no CV database.
A recommendation names the bond: «worked together», «know from the community», «taught». That is the boundary of what it claims. The author can revoke it at any time.
Every introduction has a status: sent, seen, invited, declined with a reason. Silence longer than a week is named out loud.
